"Not just a face for radio"
Introducing the new kid on the Federation Media block - yours truly, Reece Witters. Perhaps it’s a bit game labeling myself a kid but a noticeable lack of moustache at 27 somewhat helps. Well, today’s my first day with the FM team where I’ve joined in the capacity of Producer. And I must admit, I’m rather chuffed.
With roots in Sunny Gisborne, I’m was brought up on a diet of WeetBix and radio that lead to various roles including copywriting, sports journalism and producing within broadcasting. These days, the skills I picked up in broadcasting have provided some nice synergies to the online world where I now find myself involved at Federation Media.
My favourite things in life include golf (don’t be shy if you’d like a game), my Nana’s home made T-sauce on a cheese toastie, Wayne’s World, The Strokes and that feeling you get when you’ve just finished mowing the lawns...ahhhh.
Clients, partners, friends and staff of FM, I’m hugely excited about joining this fantastic agency and look forward to exploring the unchartered waters in the journey ahead.
