This project provided a lesson for us and the client about the power of strategy and planning - right out of the blocks we got the whole website team into a half day strategy session to look at project priorities, existing site weaknesses, highest value user groups etc. This enabled us to identify the primary site conversion targets, and how best to achieve ROI for the client.

End result - the website effectively paid for itself within the first month of going live.

As well as being extremely content rich, the Fertility Associates website delivers online patient surveys, e-commerce, event registrations, memberships, a Blog, an Internal Staff Wiki, and of course an enterprise level CMS delivered on the Kentico platform.
